Cause when you giving audition for singing or I can say when you giving audition for vocal process then no need to dance .

Yes, If you asking this because you watching Idols performing on stage and entertaining us then yes, The company made them do this, Because they need this if it's a dancing and grooving music then why not you dance? Sometimes people loves your dancing moves more than your voices and it's the plus point for the company if you can dance weather they giving you proper training and provide choreographer for dancing.
